These are some sample menus for our Spanish cooking classes that, along with paella, we offer either on the premises cooked freshly and especially for you or as Spanish cooking classes to be prepared with you.



Menú del Dia


Primer Plato - First Course


Pipirrana – tomato, egg, tuna, onion, olives and garlic salad


Segundo Plato - Second Course


Pez espada, ensalada y patatas fritas - Swordfish, chips and salad

or

Filete de Pechuga rebozada con patatas fritas y ensalada - Chicken breast fillet dipped in flour and egg and fried served with chips and salad


Postre - Dessert

Macedonia y nata - Fresh fruit salad and cream

Bread is included. Wine is available.
